- PROCESSING TIME:
All our products - posters, canvases, and T-shirts - are made to order. We strive to print and ship all orders within 2-5 business days. For details, see individual items.
You'll receive shipment status notifications as soon as your order is shipped.
- FREE SHIPPING PROTECTION:
Our shipping protection program helps our customers to get reimbursed within a couple of days for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. We provide customers with peace of mind, and yes, it is completely free!

GOOD TO KNOW:
- We strive to print and ship as locally as possible (US, EU, UK, AU) for fastest delivery. However, sometimes your product may be printed in another location if materials are out of stock or production queues are long.
- All items are made to order.
- Due to manual measurement, please allow 1-3 cm tolerance for apparel sizing.
- Colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor and lighting differences.
- We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.

- CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
- PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Architeg Prints prioritizes the security of your payment information and never accesses your credit card details. We process payments via Stripe, ensuring you benefit from customer protection features that guarantee a safe and secure transaction.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All Architeg Prints products are made-to-order specially for each customer at the moment of purchase.
Because of this, we can only accept returns/refunds if an item is lost, arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if the wrong item was sent.
Returns for sizing preference, change of mind, style, or personal taste are not accepted.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery - we normally reply within 24 hours.
Reprints
We strive for 5-star service and do our best to ensure that you receive high-quality product within a shipping deadline. In case your order was damaged, lost in transit, or you're not satisfied with the quality, we're pleased to offer either a free reprint or full refund.How do I report an issue?
- Contact us via Contact Form with your order ID.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Only if:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect
- You contact us within 15 days from delivery date
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:- Change of mind / personal preference
- Wrong size choice
- Fit/style not as expected
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the return is the result of an Architeg Prints error.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated return expenses. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.How soon will I get my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you.Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

My order hasn't arrived yet:
All orders are shipped with a tracking ID, so you can always check the status and location of your package.If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (US) or 4 weeks (rest of world), please check with your local post office or building front desk - they may be holding it for you, even if you didn't receive a delivery notice. If it is not there, we’ll be happy to send you a free replacement or issue a refund.
If you experience difficulties picking up your order, we’re also happy to help by contacting the carrier and investigating from our side.
If orders are returned to us as 'unclaimed' or 'undeliverable', or if an incorrect address is provided, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost. We will be happy to resend the order if the shipping fee is paid again (please contact us for details).
Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?
Discount codes don't stack. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.Sizing details:
If you require a size that is not listed, please contact us, as we can usually accommodate custom size requests. For T-shirts and sweatshirts, please allow a 1-3cm tolerance due to manual measurement.Care instructions:
If the poster does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth. For T-shirts, machine wash cold and dry flat for best results.Gift wrapping and packaging:
Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes. Up to 4 pieces per tube for smaller posters, and up to 3 pieces per tube for large size posters. Canvas Gallery Wraps are shipped in a fold-over cardboard box. T-shirts are folded and packed in secure, neutral packaging.Unfortunately, we can't offer a gift wrap or gift messages right now, but we're working to add this option in the nearest time.
